In the four years since joining the Salesforce Ohana, I’ve have collaborated with many teams across multiple departments. Beginning this journey with Solutions Marketing, I was poached by App Cloud, and soon thereafter to the Industries’ teams. All along, priding myself on listening, cross-collaborating, advising, creating, growing, managing, leading, influencing, and innovating. And, in this multi-hierarchal culture, I have learned who to go to for proper guidance, and who to get involved in order to solve problems and start discussion in a diplomatic manner.With multiple high level launches and campaigns, I’ve embraced the experiences and opportunities given to me, and have placed my learnings into action.

My passion has lead me on a relentless pursuit of perfection. When I encounter a challenge, I consider all possibilities, and work hard to find great solutions. While doing my best to convey a thoughtful approach when presenting on-brief and within expectations, I strive to go further, and deliver something more. Additionally, by following industry trends more closely, I can come to my team with better ideas, and a clear vision of what is important for brand alignment and success.

Those that have worked with me know that I understand success depends on teamwork and leadership working in unison. Three core principles I believe are important to leadership are thankfulness, empathy, and trust. I value the importance of showing gratitude, as being appreciated should never be assumed. Empathy is one of the most underrated qualities of leadership;  I value the importance of genuinely caring about people, and coming from a situation from their perspective. Its not only important to listen, but to pay attention to behavior before an issue can escalate. And finally, showing your team that you respect and trust them will usually enhance the success of all involved.
